I have an 11 month old dd who wakes up in the night for a comfort bottle. I have been Controlled Crying for a week now and thought it would get better but its not. I'm having no luck.

This is what I'm feeding her in the day. Do you think she gets enough food?

Breakfast
1 weetabix
1 fromage frais
1 banana

Lunch
1 jar or small bowl of pasta (will not eat finger food)
1 yoghurt
drink

Dinner
whatever we are having mashed up
banana
yoghurt drink

she will not have a bottle just before bed (goes down about 6pm) but wakes up about 10 for a bottle which I do give her and have no problems with this.

She then wakes up about 3am and screams blue bloody murder until she gives up and goes to sleep. Then up again 5.30 - 6am.

She is in the same room as us. I have been getting up patting her and reassuring her - she shuts up for a nanosecond and then starts again.

I don't want to go back to giving her a bottle. but it was a lot easier than this. She has never slept through btw.

Sorry for long rant. Bloody knackered and with two others age 5 and 2 I need all the help I can get!

I would go back to following her cues and give her the bottle

Sounds like she eats well. Maybe she is thirsty? Or just needs the comfort - nothing wrong with that, though I understand you need sleep!
