Age 10 boy restless

10 year old son, sits up while sleeping and ends up bottom of bed. Restless sleep every night and bangs his head off wall while asleep sitting up moving about.

Anyone have similar

Does some of this resonate?

Every night I get woke up with him banging his head against wall. He has a double bed. If I don't have it against the wall at one end. He will fall off bed while sleeping when he sits up and falls back down the opposite end of the pillow.

He is so restless while asleep. He doesn't remember hurting himself or anything while asleep.

@Tiredrestless25 possibly a daft question but does his bed have a headboard?
