Hey everyone.
Just looking for some advice. 19 month old just is taking ages to go to bed at night. Sometimes a hour to fall asleep. His routine is,
wake up between 6-6.45 (it varies)
nap 11.30-1 or 12-1.30
bed for 7/7.30
we have tried a 2 hour nap so 12-2 and bed at 6.30 and we have tried later bedtimes. Just nothing seems to work!
any advice would be appreciated!
