9.5 month old keeps waking at 4.30am

Hi! Just after some advice as my 9.5 Month old keeps waking up between 4-5am every morning.

He usually goes to bed around 6-6.30pm.

Naps are at 8am (usually has around 1.5 hours) and then another nap at 1pm (1hr). So wake windows are 3.5-4 hours.

Over night he wakes maybe 2/3 times and settles when I breastfeed him.

Is there any advice you can offer to try and get the morning wake a little bit later?

Thanks! x

Has he got blackout blinds in his bedroom could it be the light waking him

Yes, I imagine it is the light and birds singing at dawn.

Put him to bed later, 11 hours is likely plenty of night sleep for him already

Thanks for all your replies. I've been putting him to bed later (7pm) and he's sleeping much better and waking up at 6am! x
