I’m really looking for some help and advice on sleep!

My 1yr old, for almost 2 weeks now, keeps waking up between 12-1 am for 3-4hrs at a time. She just cries until we get her out of bed but you can tell she’s just so tired still. People have told me it’s her teeth but during the day she requires no meds or additional teething toys, she seems just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

As in, wakes up and is then fully awake for 3 to 4 hours, then goes back to sleep? Sometimes called a ‘split night’.
Are they on 2 naps? Have you tried moving to a 1 nap schedule and seeing if it helps?
(I am not a sleep expert btw - my DC are not good in that dept, but that does mean I’ve read up on sleep a lot in an attempt to improve things.)

If I had my time again, I’d get a king sized bed, and have my kids with me when they woke. I was always strict in putting them down in their own bed, so they got used to settling themselves in their own room. I didn’t have much staying power in the night, so I’d just bring them in with us, where they settled straight away.

But yes, on the nights where there were multiple kids, it could get uncomfortable. Hence, the bigger bed.

yeah fully awake for that long! I have reed about the split nights. She’s on 2 naps mainly we’ve tried 1 nap but she never sleeps long enough so makes bedtime really hard around working etc

@Samthomas01 what happened in the end? My little one is now 13m and has been doing split nights like how you described for 4 weeks now with only the odd normal night here and there. I am sure it's separation anxiety but I have no idea how long this will last or what makes it better
