Has this happened to anyone else? I've literally had 45 minutes of sleep the whole night and feeling broken like I can't look after my baby.
Baby headache weekends this morning. Has been fine during the day. No fever have been giving calpol but most of it's been spitting out. Initially went to sleep at night but woke up about 90 minutes later. The room was really hot so I've tried thin blankets rather than swaddle but wasn't going to sleep so I had no choice but to reswaddle and open all the windows. That was 5 hours ago and I haven't been able to get them to sleep since.
I don't know if it's related to the vaccines or something else?
