Hi All,

So my baby boy is 5 months in 1 week and since turning 4 months his sleep has been all over the place.

He was sleeping great for like 2 weeks then bam! Sleep regression probably happened.

He is sleeping again albeit he has started waking up again once in the night for a bottle (which is fine) but he has started now really fighting being rocked/swayed back to sleep - last night it took my partner nearly an hour to get him back down!!

I know he is starting to not want that however he cannot fall asleep in his own yet( not without trying he just gets so upset that I have to just pick him up eventually - no cry it out I started trying pick up put down but didn't work).

Please help!

I need some advice on how to start helping baby start to fall asleep on his own. (The things is I know he can send himself back to sleep as he can do this during the night as I hear him- I wake up to a change in him breathing im so sensitive lol)

Also his napping is terrible! I'm lucky if I get 1 nap over 30 mins from.him unless he is held and I'm sturggking atm to do anything

Feeding him changing him, playing with him and then trying to get him sleep in the day is a vicious circle and I'm overwhelmed and exhausted tbh!

As I'm writing this he has just woke up from a 19 min nap!!!
Help please!
