Noisy/uncomfortable baby?

Help! My baby is 7 weeks old, he generally ‘sleeps’ ok at night but I don’t feel like he ever goes into a deep sleep. He is constantly grunting (I know this is normal) but he is fidgeting, making lots of noise and never seems comfortable or settled? During the day is the same and doesn’t nap for longer than 30 minutes without getting very noisy and fussy which leads to crying! Anyone else experienced this and if you have what helped???

My son was like this too. Very noisy. He did have reflux though

Around 30 mins will be where he's struggling to get over into the next sleep cycle, so he'll just wake up tired and grumpy. Totally normal as they can't self soothe properly. Have you tried white noise? And is the room dark? X

Very young babies sleep differently to adults, it’s totally normal.

My second DC was like this. Think it was reflux. He gradually got better around 10-12 weeks.
