9 month old waking for feed at 4am and staying awake

Hi guys,

My 9 month old baby girl has a 7pm-5am sleep schedule. She was waking up twice for feeds however I recently dropped the earlier feed and then she herself slept through for 3 consecutive nights (needless to say I was on cloud nine!)

When she wakes at 5am I give her milk however she has now started to wake up around 4am for that morning feed and then won’t go back to sleep.

Does anyone have advice to offer?

Thank you in advance

She’s formula fed so I lessened her feed by an ounce every few days. She started with 5oz twice a night and then I gradually got her down to 2oz (she was waking around 10pm and 3am)

After a few nights on 2oz I decided to let her cry it out when she woke at 10pm and after 2 nights she stopped waking up completely. Until recently where she’s waking at just around 4am
