Baby won’t let dad put her to bed

My partner has tried several times now to put our baby to sleep. She is currently 3 1/2 months but everytime he has tired she just screams and won’t even take her milk. I usually get her to sleep. But I have my best friends hen do at the end of the month so dad will have to put her to bed but I’m worried she’s not going to allow this. Any suggestions?

Is she bottle fed the rest of the time? And if so, does she take a bottle from him at other times of the day?

Can he get her down for a nap during the day? If she’s crying/grizzly during the day can he soothe her or does she want you then as well?

Will she go to sleep if he takes her for a walk in a carrier? And then attempts a transfer?

It's not really a 3 month old letting or not letting, is it? She isn't allowing anything.
Dad just needs more practice getting her to sleep.
I'd have him do all bedtimes from now on until they get into a routine.

@JoyousEagleyes she takes a bottle off him during the day fine. He doesn’t tend to rock her to sleep in the day but she goes for him fine in her rocker or pram. He can calm her fine. But he works 5 days a week so it’s mainly me with her.
