Hi can anyone recommend a travel cot with a base which isn’t so close to the ground or that has an alternative way of putting baby in?

trued travel cot with my 7mo and she hates it as was so far down that she woke everytime I tried to transfer her asleep and I really struggled to reach in and pick her up / settle her in cot

I've just bought the Joie bedside travel cot which has a newborn insert so that they can be bedside but haven't received it yet so can't really recommend it yet!

The Phil & Ted's ones have a zip-down side so although at 7 months you would probably need the mattress down at the floor (there's a shallow bassinet option for smaller babies, but if yours can pull herself up, that won't be safe any more) you could in theory put her in from the side. However, the noise of zipping it up might wake her!
