Hi all,
In the last few days my LO has been having a total meltdown before naps and bedtime, with lots of crying and back arching. She’s always been rocked to sleep, which typically took 10 mins but now it takes 30-60 mins with lot of tears and arching.
The back arching is particularly bad in the cradle position but she does it occasionally if I prop her up on my shoulder. My first thought was reflux as her solid intake has increased a lot recently, but it seems unlikely as she’s so old? She did have reflux as a newborn but it went after 2 months.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any tips?
