I am awful in the mornings, always have been and can’t shift it.
It’s becoming a serious issue though, I am fortunate enough to work from home 90% of the time but I am even struggling to get up in the morning to get the kids to breakfast club. I miss it most days.
I have tried regular exercise, regular bedtime, had blood tests, exercise, no exercise. I would sleep 12 hours easily.
I’m almost 40 and I’m fed up of feeling so exhausted.
Can anyone suggest anything that might help?
