we follow the Little Ones guide pretty close and the daytimes are great. He can self settle, naps are good.
9.30-10 and then 12.30-2 and bedtime is 6.45/7ish, where he’ll get himself to sleep after 5/10mins.
he’s then usually ok til 11ish when he will wake and I will feed, it will be a struggle to get him back down after the feed. Each night wake is worse.
tonight it was 11, .2.30 and since 4.39 he’s hardly slept.
im at my wits end. He also shares a room with his 3yo sister. She’s been a fantastic sleeper until now :(

His naps are quite close together. Could he be overtired and need a longer afternoon nap? What about bringing the second nap a little later?

If he’s waking your dd up multiple times a night I’d separate them for now until he’s sleeping through. She must be exhausted. Have you tried getting him to self settle at night without the night feeds, or cut down to just one feed? If he’s eating food well during the day he won’t need milk at night and is likely just wanting it for comfort. I’d also agree that the naps are very close together and the first is only 30 minutes. It could be time to go down to one nap.

Yeh that’s a good point, I can maybe spread out those naps slightly! Will push back today.
we’ve tried to settle him without the boob and it just doesn’t work. He’ll arch his back and be looking for me if my partner does it :(
