From birth our LO went down fine for naps/sleep in her Moses basket & next to me waking every 2-3 hours for a feed (BF). From around 4 weeks she now refuses both and will only sleep on us.
What did we do wrong!? Any tips to get her back into sleeping in her basket/crib?

You aren’t doing anything wrong - I don’t know the answer apart from keep at it and if it is too tiring you might need to do shifts - would baby take a bottle of expressed milk?

it’s really hard but I found from 10 weeks everything got easier x

You didn’t do anything wrong, you’re their safe space and I think around this age they become more aware they’re actually in the world. It’s really hard. Could you do shifts for sleep? It’s a tough phase but things will get better x
