Hi for last few months I had sleepless nights as my body keeps jerking awake all through the night and feel like electricity going through my head after the jerks . Doctors don’t seem interested in what I have to say had bloods done come back normal . It started to happened last year just one off here and there but wouldn’t have sleepless nights then my mum had a stroke and my health anxiety sky rocked and I kept having more jerks in the night till I would not be able to sleep I have happened twice this week I feel so awful doctor not giving me appointments till end of April witch is so long away anyone experience this ?
