Bedtime anxiety 10 year old

DD has been fine at going to sleep on her own for years. But she’s always been a bit anxiety prone and recently a couple of nights of tossing and turning at bedtime has made her anxious when it’s time for bed to the extent that she regularly takes 2 hours plus to go to sleep. She was looking exhausted at 8.30 tonight and currently still in her room saying she isn’t tired/ can’t get to sleep at after 10.30. We have and always have had a good bedtime routine- no devices/ tv etc after dinner time etc.
She generally reads until she goes to sleep but that doesn’t seem to be helping anymore. She’s awake at 6.30 (or earlier) every day no matter what time she goes to sleep. And doesn’t nap during the day. Not sure how to help her with this?
Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Have a look at Cathy creswell helping your child with fears and worries book. It’s got lots of suggestions about night time anxiety. I found it really helpful with my dd.
