So my 16month old had been waking up at 4/4.20 every morning for so many months it appears he's started to sleep through a few times a week ( fingers crossed) however, I still wake up at 4ish even if he is asleep, like now! I'm battered, I've got work today and by the time I start at 8.30 I feel like I've done half a day. I'm so tired, I even trued staying up until 10.30 lastnight hoping that would help but no.

I am a early riser anyway but 4ish is far too early. I will just feel rubbish all day now, it's really starting to get to me now.

Any advice?

Do you look at a clock? If you do, you need to stop, maybe get a gro light or use a hue light to come on at 6 or something so you don’t need to look at the time to know if it’s day/night.
it might be worth using some magnesium spray/moisturiser and checking on your iron levels too to, and do all the things we do for babies, like make sure the temp isn’t too cold, or don’t drink immediately before bed!

i put on an audio book and that helps the second part of the night too!
