i am really struggling here to get my 9 almost 10 month old to self soothe or even sleep in his cot. 😩 any tips or tricks, or just advice. this mumma needs sleep
i havent slept a full night or even more than 5 hour stretch since he was born. i have tried and tried and he just screams no matter what unless he falls asleep in my arms then i get 20 mins of him in cot.
