As the title says really. My boy is 16 months old and wakes anywhere from 4:30-5:45am and has done since 5 months old.
Not looking for any advice as it’s just who he is, but a hand hold to know I’m not alone in this. Albeit a tad fearful he will continue to do this for many more years!!

My 6 year old is up 5-5.30 every single day, this is an improvement from the 430 starts….

My 10 year old currently gets up 6-630 after years and years of 5am.

I’m am early riser, I never lie in past 530, even pre kids. Clearly they both take after me much to my husbands dismay.

I hope yours starts sleeping in soon!!

Mine is 3 and we consider 6am a decent lie in!! (I say this at 4.16am… not a decent lie in…). It’s been the same since about 7 months and nothing changes it. Changing nap schedule, bed time, diet (food closer or further from bed time), nothing. We go to bed at 7.30/8pm these days.

Mine didn’t sleep in till 6am until they were four and a half I’m afraid. I took anything after 5am as a win because in my head that’s morning rather than middle of the night. Acceptance is key otherwise you’re just miserable trying to fight it. It’s only as we’ve entered the teen years that after 7.30 has become the regular waking point!
