With my 1st son he never liked my bed so we didn't have this issue. He'd have a feed then get back into his cot and stretch/ twirl/ move all night!
My 2nd son however, will not go into the next to me. He might for a little while but when he wakes and knows I'm not there he gets upset. So I end up having to bf him a small bit every hour or so during the night, he has a little feed then cuddles into me and goes back to sleep. It is super cute and I love it, but I also need a proper night sleep! He is sick right now so it's every 15 mins he's waking me but I don't mind as he is sick.
I want to get him into a cot and into his own room. How can I do this without being cruel?
