...she will be ok won't she?!!

DD (5mths) has finally outgrown her moses basket and is in her cot bed tonight - she is in a grobag so no covers, I'm scared of bumpers, so it's just teeny tiny her in the middle of this great white expanse....

I feel so sorry for her...

She'll be fine

If it worries you, then make up her bed so that the sheets only come half-way up it and her feet are near the bottom.

aww bless, I remember when I moved ds1 into his big cot and into his own room and I hardly slept I felt so sorry for him. He was fine though lol and your dd will be too. she'll love having all that room to roll about in hehe

and hey, if she's outgrown the moses basket that must mean she's getting big on all that booby milk right????? :D

she slept just exactly the same as normal, which is to say, not much!! but it obviously didn't affect her one way or another.

thisisyesterday - yes although it's a bit sad i am v chuffed that she's finally getting big after lots of weight gain issues!

Grobags - brilliant and if she still sleeping the same dont worry.

Aaah she will be ok and the suggestion to make the bed up for half the cot is good. I used to do that.

Do take a photo of her in it. You will be amazed that she ever looked so small in there one day when she eventally outgrows her cot and needs her first bed .

I must be a bad mother as I put both of mine into the big cot in their own room from day 1.

Love grow bags though as if they need feeding in the night they stay nice and warm.
