2 year old shouting and screaming during the night

Bit of background - our little girl slept right through the night until she got to about 15months. (Went into her own room at 8months)

Some nights she sleeps all night, some nights she will give out a little cry but self soothe herself back to sleep and other nights are complete hell where she will scream/shout/cry every hour. She has been screaming every night this week! There seems to be no rhythm or reason. Currently naps from 10.45/11-12 then goes to bed at 6.45-7pm
She has had the same bed time routine and goes to bed no bother at all and falls asleep within minutes. We have tried everything! Adjusting bedtimes making slightly earlier to making it later yet nothing seems to work.
When we go in during the night she instantly stops screaming, we are struggling whether it's night terrors she is having or just screaming for our attention?

Please if someone has any advice

In my experience they dont wake with night terrors and also don't remember them. They also don't stop screaming when you comfort them.

Could she be teething? Or otherwise unwell?
How easily does she settle when you go in?
