Which duvet for a cot (not cot bed!)

Hi, my daughter is 21 months and trying to move her to a quilt from a sleeping bag. She already has a pillow which she loves. I bought a 4 tog quilt from Amazon but im not sure if this was for a cotbed as it’s really thick and just seems too heavy for an enclosed cot! Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Maybe time to move her into a toddler bed then you will have plenty of choice.

What size did you buy?
Could you try a cot quilt first as I think they're a bit smaller

Is it a quilt or duvet you bought?

We used a John Lewis cot one. They have one size for cot bed and one for a cot.

I don’t think duvets are recommended to be in cots due to it being enclosed
