So we've made a few mistakes.. and now ds is waking a few times a night or having a split night, whereas there was a time he was sleeping through.
Basically, when he was poorly a few months back, we camped out in his room, but then with one thing or another happening, we've ended up with one of us always either sleeping in his room the entire night or staying in from his first wake up. He's also dropped his nap now. Thinking gradual retreat might be our best bet? Also not sure what a good bedtime is now. When he was napping it was as late as 8.45 some nights, and we've been trying for 7 but maybe that's too early? Any advice appreciated!
