7 months old baby sleep help

Hi all this is only my second post so please be kind.
My 7 month old baby slept amazingly from a few weeks old till about 5 and a half months.
This last month and a half she has been up every 1-2 hours and nothing has changed.
From newborn she would go to bed at about 10.30/11 and slept right through the night and it worked well for us as a family so this was her regular routine. Since her sleeping behaviour has changed however we have been trying to gradually put her to bed earlier and follow a routine but it's not working. If we put her to sleep at say 9 she's up every 1-2 hours but if we put her to bed at 10.30/11 she'll have longer stretches of maybe 4-5 hours. Can anyone provide advice?
Jealous of all the mom's putting their babies to sleep at 7/8 while I myself struggle to stay awake until 10 most nights lol.
She's EBF also to add.
P.s I am aware of sleep regression and teething etc but just wondering is anyone is same position and got through it.

So it's really hard, but the unusual part was how well she slept initially. Very very normal to wake every 1.5-2 hours. However, check the basics, especially with the weather fluctuating a lot at the moment. Does her back/chest feel tacky and hot or equally cool to touch when she is asleep? If so a change of blanket arrangement might make a huge difference.

Thank-you for your reply. I know, I always knew her sleeping was too good to be true. 🙈
But it is strange as nothing at all has changed. I could look into her sleeping arrangements but she sleeps in a sleeping bag, I wonder could I change to a blanket. She is a real kicker and mover so she may just kick blanket off. But I will do a test on her back and chest tonight and see. The weather really has been all over the place.
