Baby keeps waking up crying 5 months

My baby keeps waking up crying the night and I don’t know why. The room is okay temperature, not hungry or needing a nappy change x

Sometimes babies at this age go through a bit of separation anxiety when they start to realise that you are 2 separate people and not attached. Baby may just want a cuddle and reassurance. It won’t last forever it passes

@therosierose always! They have a 6th sense lol I swear I always say she knows when am about to fall asleep and will wake up lol! Hopefully not too much longer now for you x

Search for information on the 6 month sleep regression. Both mine were appalling sleepers from 5 months due to this. It will and does pass.
