My baby is 8 months old and we used a tiny jelly cat rabbit from 5 months to help her put herself to sleep, this worked amazingly and once she was asleep we removed the jelly cat out the cot however, lately she has really gotten attached to this and wakes up now every night looking for it so I put it back in wait until she falls asleep and take it back out. This can happen sometimes up to 8 times a night. I am so tireddddd. My baby can roll, sit and has very good head control. My husband said it will be fine to leave it in her cot.

what is everyone else doing? Are they still removing the teddy?

I literally did have 5 of the same toy, DD used to wake up, find her favourite one in the dark, and post the rest out through the bars of her cot 🤣

Is your child my child?
