Need help with changing nap times

So my little girl is due to start nursery in April (she'll be 11 months)
My main problem right now is they need to do settle in sessions but they are timed so awkwardly with her current nap times and unsure what to do. The sessions are 10.30-11.30 or 2.30-3.30. she's just cut down to 2 naps and they can be anywhere between 9-11, and 1.30-3 so either session she'd be so tired and grumpy and probably cry the entire time! What should I do? They can't change the times.

Mine had exactly the same timings and nap clash. Make them aware they’ll be tired and it’s less of a problem than you think.

Mine still had a morning nap at 9, just a shorter nap. And then for the afternoon session we kept her morning nap very short and so she was tired enough for an earlier afternoon nap.

Just as a one off they’ll be fine.

Do the morning one and cut the nap a bit short. But chances are once she starts nursery she'll drop to one nap pretty quickly as that's the schedule most kids in the younger rooms keep - unless she can sleep anywhere and with any amount of disturbance. So, as best you can, try not to worry about it too much. Nursery staff are very used to it. Hope it goes well
