Is this an ear infection?

My baby is 6 months. He ear bleeds whenever she cries. She has no other symptoms. Is this an ear infection or something else like a ruptured ear? Should I go to A& E tonight or should I call GP tomorrow morning

This happened to me as a baby and a young child. I suffered with chronic glue ear and needed grommets. I used to get monthly ear infections. Bloody nightmare. As an adult I only get them 2x a year on average so it's improved atleast. Is there any clear liquid leaking out with it? My mum used to take me to the local walk in asap as soon as my ear infections started as she knew how painful it was and how long they took to clear so she liked to get the show on the road and get the antibiotics asap!
