Sleep training schemes all the same?

I’ve been participating in a free online session for a couple of days and it’s all so particularly vague and full of fluff that no wonder so many commenting are confused - that brings in the paying customer! Desperate, exhausted, feel like the video gets them somewhere but not enough to make them confident of success. I feel like commenting on the baffled replies to let them know it’s a bit of a swizz as it needs to make money. No such thing as a free lunch vibe.
I’m also inclined to think that whatever method you choose to get a baby to sleep will involve some kind of crying for X duration. I’d love to know how you can put a baby down for a nap when you know they are tired and they don’t cry, just go to sleep.
Has anyone managed to do anything like reassurance sleep training until you can simply put baby down and that’s it or is there still a degree of crying even when officially “sleep trained”?

Have a look at KendraWorth on IG. She’s recently been training her 3 month old for naps.

literally came across her last night and implemented her technique today for naps. Has been the most structured day I’ve ever had nap wise as it’s made me more conscious of wake windows, which has then triggered me to start getting DD ready for nap ahead of schedule.

Each nap seems to come round really quick, so I must have been way off just going about things with no real plan previous to this. Took quite a while to get her settled for the naps, but she has at least had three naps in her cot today.

Also downloaded Huckleberry app to track her naps - timings on here are different to Kendras so not sure what I’ll decide about that until a bit more into it.

I did a free course on sleeping training on Facebook. It was bullshit in the end. And of course she was just selling her pricy package. Yes they are all the same

I’m noticing in the one I’m involved in that the advertising of the subscription “club” is amping up in the message thread.
The carrot has been dangled!
I do feel a bit sad for the desperate parents who are signing up as they feel the pressure to secure a good deal before the end of January - especially when they have a baby as young as 6 weeks.
There is guidance, not foolproof no crying techniques which they allege they are.
I almost feel the same when I sense a MLM!
