co-sleeping - how do you stop it and revert back to baby sleeping in the cot?

Can anyone give me any advice about stopping co-sleeping and getting my ds to sleep all night in his cot? He's just 6 months old.

I started co-sleeping about a month ago as we went on holiday and he was very unsettled - it quickly became a habit. He goes to sleep in his cot but wakes every four hours for a feed. He'll go back into his cot after the 10/11pm feed but after the 2/3am feed, as soon as his sleepy head hits the cot mattress he's wide awake and yelling. I was getting so tired so gave in and brought him in with us. He sleeps like a baby when in our bed!

Many thanks.

the cot thing is a good idea, thanks. I'm happy with him being in out bed really - I actually like waking up to the little gummy smile and having my face patted by a dribble-covered hand, but I think dh is getting a bit fed up!
