14 Month Old Sleep Regression

Hey, my little girl is 14 months old and she hasn't slept properly since 12 months, she was a brilliant sleeper all the way from Newborn to 12 months she has always slept all the way through or only woken up once, even as a newborn we used to have to wake her up just to eat every couple hours but she goes to bed at 8pm and then she wakes up at 1am, 3am, 5am, 6am then stays awake for the day at 8am! Me and my partner are exhausted! I work from 4pm until 1am and he works 7am-4pm, so we're both exhausted, we've tried a few things such as

  • Buying her a new cot / using a travel cot.
  • More milk before bed.
  • No Tv on an hour before bed.
  • Dinner earlier/Later.
  • A later bedtime.
  • No naps during the day.
  • More naps during the day.
  • Putting her back on formula.
  • Same routine, bath, bottle, bed.
  • Doing more during the day.
  • Thicker/thinner jammies.
  • Blanket instead of sleeping bag
  • Give her calpol (Only when teething!!)

The list goes on! I feel like we've tried everything, I did ask the health visitor and her advice was 'it's a stage you just need to ride it out' but surely there's something we can do!

Any help is really appreciated ❤️

Do you give her a bottle when she wakes in the night. Mine used to wake up still at this age but would go straight back to sleep with a bottle. Could it be she's hungry?

@Devilsmommy we still give her a bottle but she drink maybe half of it then goes back to sleep, maybe she still is hungry this girl is always wanting to eat

How many naps is she on? If 2, could it be time to drop to 1?
