Bedtime for 3 month old

Hello, I have a 3 month old baby, she is my 4th but there is a 15 year age gap between her and my next youngest child and I honestly can't remember a thing. I also don't have much family to bounce of for advice so please give me as much as possible 😆. Baby is bottle fed and usually goes 3 hours between feeds, which are a battle in themselves because she seems to protest about the bottle. Sometimes I feed her as soon as she wakes from a nap sometimes she has a bit of a play then a feed and I always try to get her to have a nap at least an hour before her next feed is due. The main question is after her last nap of the day which can fall anytime between 4pm and 6pm do I keep her awake for about an hour to 2 hours and then start bedtime routine or should I let her have a nap and then start bedtime routine bearing in mind it can take up to an hour for her to take as much formula as she wants because she usually has a few ozs then I change her nappy then she wants to have a bit of a play and usually but not always wants the rest of the bottle. Iv tried both ways but not sure which is right and also if she naps until 6pm should I incorporate bedtime routine into that feed which would be a bit of bottle then wash and pj and nappy change and see if she wants rest of bottle and usually done by 7pm or let her just have that as an evening feed and start bedtime routine and feed about an hour later? Sorry for long post but I am a bit lost at the moment

Oh bless you OP, 15 years is a big gap I bet so much has changed.. I had a 4 year gap and honestly it was like starting all over again!
I think your intuition is right and either way is fine, it probably depends more on what suits you and when baby seems more settled to get into that night time sleep. Personally if there was a nap at 4/5pm I would be looking to put them to bed for the night for half6/7pm.
What does the rest of the day sleep look like? How is she sleeping at night?

So much has changed, it really is like starting all over again! Yet when I had my first I got a lot of advice of my nan, she seemed to remember things but I don't know if she was really making it up 🤣. Daytime sleep is random, sometimes baby naps well for at least an hour between feeds, sometimes 30 mins. Feeds are random too, anything between 4-7 oz every 2-4 hours. And even if she has had 7 oz she may want another feed 2 hours later. Nights can be random, at least once a week she is wanting a bottle every 3 hours but other nights, like last night she has a feed at half 7 sleeps till half 1am and has a feed then sleeps till 7am to wake for a feed. My others all slept through without feeds by 9 weeks and this is written in their diaries from when they were small so I know it's right but I can't remember how it happened 😀 I'm so lucky to have my baby and to be able to do all this again but honestly there's days where I don't have a clue and when I had my others I was a 24 year old single mum with 3 under 5 so gawd knows how I did it then
