Hi everyone just looking for some advice from anyone who may have experienced something similar. My DD is 3y 4m and I need some help with sleep issue that started just before Christmas.

She has never been a great sleeper but always goes to bed well, often she would take herself to bed. But 3 nights out of 5 would would have some sort of wakening in the night, she was out of nappies by 20m so waking up was normally for a potty which I totally get.

About 6 weeks ago she started not wanting to be in her bed, nothing changed just wanted to be near mummies and that hasn't stopped. We have also got ourselves into a situation where one of us is now sleeping on her room. If not all hell breaks loose and we have screaming for hours at 3am!

I know everything we shouldn't have done here but looking for what we can do to help us all get some sleep. Her behaviour during the day is changing, from the moment you say morning to her all she does is scream "no". She goes to nursery and they are telling me this is normal for her age but "what, how, this can't be possible". I thought it was challenging twos but three is wayyyyy worse.

Any help advice would be amazing 🤩
