Oh no OP I'm sorry, 3 weeks is such a hard time for baby, are you okay?
I find that the answer at this age is often wind, needing to wind baby endlessly. How is baby winding? There are lots of different techniques, for my first baby I found that I had to hold them up and walk around and rub their back for a long time (a very long time!) for my second baby they did a massive burp when I sat them up on my knee and sort of pushed their back straight...
It can be a bit of trial and error, if infacol isn't working could colief drops help? A warm bath?
Of course at this age they also don't know night from day so you can find they are peacefully sleeping all day then up wriggling all night !
How has today been?

Just very tired lol but I try get my sleep when he does, tbh I've changed his milk to comfort yesterday and got colic bottles as well and he's bringing wind up better but for some reason he's straining when trying to poo and fart to the point he's crying in pain so I'm hoping this milk will help that as well. I just feel drained as partner don't help much just expects me to do it. I get he's a traveller and that's what us woman do but I've not been brought up like that as I'm not traveller so our views are different. He's just slept most of day lol he's not going to be best pleased when I wake him up for his bath 🙄 thanks for the nice message

Try a dummy too he might like it my son had the cherry teat one he seemed to like yWe tried bibs dummy you can get a four pack which has four different one to see what one he likes best off Amazon . My son loved a baby carrier as well that helped .

I used a dummy but sometimes he wants it and sometimes he don't. He's ok during the day it's at night times and obviously I do all night feeds as my partner works during day so don't expect him to get up through the night
