10m old sleep advice

Hi all,

DS (10 months) has never been a good sleeper. We did very gentle sleep training about 8 months which worked well for about a month. Now at 10m we are back to multiple wake ups every night, usually past the 3am mark. He's not crying, just loudly babbling in his cot, standing up, crawling around etc. This can last up to an hour at a time.
All daytime naps/ wake windows are age appropriate and he sleeps well during the day. Doing black out blind, white noise etc.
The room stays warm enough all night.
Any advice on what we can do next?
Thanks in advance x

My daughter did the same for a while on and off. If he's not crying just leave him. Intervening will just make it worse. He's probably just going through lots of development with his language and motor skill at the moment, that's what's causing the wakings.
