WHY WILL MY 6 MONTH OLD NOT SLEEP.

That is literally it. She has not slept well since before Christmas. Apart from CIO (which I outright refuse to do) I have tried everything I can possibly think of.
I don't know what to do anymore.

Is she teething? That can take weeks, in my experience. And yes, it does a number of their sleep (and yours!).

Because she’s 6 months old. The reality of baby sleep is that actually, they don’t sleep very well at all, and this is totally normal well into the toddler years.

The overwhelming majority of 2-3 year olds don’t even sleep through the night.

There is nothing wrong with your baby. There is nothing to fix except to manage your expectations around the reality of real baby sleep.

Just make sure you have good sleep hygiene and are following wake windows.
