Do not do any more housework.

Stop that immediately. Your H needs to man up.

Infacol is excellent but gripe water is next to useless. I would look at your diet and try excluding dairy. Ex health visitor here so I have lots of experience with this, including my eldest child who turned out to be sensitive to wheat.

Baby is bottle fed. No need for OP to worry about her diet here.

Thanks for all the advice 😃 we had better night but still up and down but my partner always sleeps through it 😔 and I know he needs to do more and I do everything like school runs baths. House work all of it washing . I feel so drained last night we argued and he's completely blanking me now. 2weeks after giving birth and he's treating me like this cos he's in one his moods . I've told him if he don't wanna be with me just be a man about and tell me but he says he does I'm just sick of getting disrespected.

I would suggest soya milk.
