Keeping the duvet on??

My 2.5 year old has outgrown sleep bags, does not like sleep bags with legs and hates socks on his feet at night. Only option is the duvet but he wakes up cold soooo much through the night....HELP!!!

Have tried to teach him to pull it up when he's cold but he isn't quite grasping that yet and instead calls for me.

Any tips/ideas?xx

Single duvet?

What size bed (cot?) is he sleeping in?
I'd take a single duvet, turn it sideways, and tuck one short end under the mattress. Then the rest of it goes across the child and hangs well over the side of the bed. Just check the width is greater than the amount if child to be covered so his toes aren't hanging out!

Make sure your duvet is big enough to tuck in at the sides, my toddler never manages to kick it off now and sleeps longer.
