Bit of a tangent, but I find Magnesium Citrate capsules really helpful for sleep.

I tend to just look it up on Amazon and go with one that has good reviews.

I’ve found that the quality of CBD makes a big difference. Not all products are the same, and some have questionable ingredients. Wholesale CBD can sometimes be a better option because you’re more likely to get pure, tested oils rather than questionable mixes. Always check the lab reports if possible, especially for THC content. Some brands sell weaker versions than advertised, so it’s good to compare before buying.

I've looked into CBD for sleep, and it seems to vary based on the type (full-spectrum vs isolate) and dosage. Some people prefer full-spectrum for the additional plant compounds that might support relaxation. CBD gummies designed for sleep, like Sweet Dreams Gummies https://www.stirlingcbdoil.com/product/sweet-dreams-gummies/ combine CBD with melatonin and other ingredients to help with rest. Timing is key. Taking it 30–60 minutes before bed works for some.

Also, always check lab reports to ensure you're getting what the product claims.

My husband and I both started using it a couple of months ago - it's made a massive difference to our quality of sleep! No more 4am wake ups! This is the one we've been using, I just chose it for the strength, but the taste is ok too... though don't use the sprayer instead of the pipette - that was awful! 😂

I'm guessing you meant CBD oil for your dog's sleep issues? (Though honestly I could use some for myself after dealing with my pup's 3am zoomies last week 😂)
I've actually been using CBD oil for my older dog who was really restless at night - pacing around, panting, just couldn't settle. It's helped quite a bit. He's not knocked out or anything, but he seems calmer and actually sleeps through the night now most of the time.
I use the one from Innovet Pet - my vet mentioned them when I asked about trying CBD, and I liked that they have the dosing pretty clearly marked on the dropper which made it less stressful for me as a first timer. Started with the lowest dose and worked up from there.
One thing I'd say though - it's not an instant fix. Took about a week of consistent use before I really noticed a difference. And definitely talk to your vet first, especially if your dog is on any other medications.
What's going on with your dog at night? Is it anxiety or pain related, or just general restlessness?
