My 8 month old has a great appetite (eats 3 good sized meals everyday) but is still waking twice a night for milk. Some have suggested not offering milk but she wakes up crying and the only thing that settles her is a bottle and she does completely finish it and then falls straight back to sleep, so I wouldn't feel comfortable not giving it to her.Just wondering if others have experienced this at this age and could it be part of growth spurt/regression? As she previously used to sleep 12 hours straight but has been waking up during the night for the last couple of months now..
