How to get her to sleep?

Hi everyone,
Please can anyone help? I have a 12 week old and she won't go down in her next to me. I settle her when it's nap time or bedtime and she goes to sleep so quickly and well on me. I can't put her in her next to me. She just wakes up as soon as she goes in it. Any one have any tips? It's not fair on her as she just has broken sleep. She will go to sleep around 2am (i dont do anythibg different but for some reason when it gets to 2am, she will sleep)on her own in the next to me but obviously I want it earlier.

I had exactly the same, I'm sorry I never figured it out either. I just stuck with it as hard as it is and eventually she would go down earlier and earlier, finally got her bedtime to 8:30pm and bloody 4 month regression kicked in and now we're on 8 months and let's just say I wish she would settle at 2. I know it's hard but you'll get through it

You could try swaddling it helped me loads around that age tho it wasn't fun when my baby started to roll and had to go cold turkey without it 😬
