3 Year Old Sleep - Awake for hours in middle of night.

Hello,
Any advice? 3y3 months. To be honest they’ve never really been a good sleeper. Lots of ‘split nights’ but it doesn’t matter what I do. Stay in room with her, bring her in with me, she is awake for hours. I’m exhausted. This isn’t new but it’s hit. New level as she’s been awake most nights now from 11pm-3am. I have no idea what else to do anymore. I’d happily co-sleep but even that doesn’t work. She doesn’t nap. Goes off to sleep witn me in my room and I transfer her to her room. I get that might be a trigger but you’d think she’d go back off given in there with her in my room or hers! Some nights she will wake up and literally start playing in her room. Others she is upset but she’s always super awake?! She’s busy all day. I’m at a loss!

No words of wisdom I'm afraid. But it's 3:48am I've been awake since 2am, I've given up and my boy is playing in the living room and I have to be up for work in 2 hours for the day 😭😭😭😭

Sorry, no advice here either, just solidarity. Mine is almost 3, has been a terrible sleeper her whole life and this night waking thing has been going on for over 1 year.
In our case we already co sleep. And what's sadder is she knows she needs to sleep and tries. She just can't fall back asleep...
It doesn't happen all the time, some nights she sleeps though and it seems to come in waves. Looks like we had a break over Xmas but today she was up for 3h from 3 to 6 🥲

All 3 of mine did this.

The only comfort I can offer is that they all naturally grew out of it.

What time do you put her to bed? Could you both go to bed at 11 so hopefully then she sleeps till the morning?
