5 month old naps

Hi everyone,

Was wondering if I could just ask what everyones set up is regarding naps for 5 month old baby and maybe their thoughts on my current situation. She has slept really well at night time usually goes to sleep between 7-8 for around 12 hours since about 3 months old. However daytime naps are all over the place. She has started only really having one nap a day around 1 for about an hour. Sometimes this is only half an hour and then she will sleep another half an hour around 3. I have tried to follow wake windows and try putting her down for a nap but she just doesnt seem interested in sleeping much through the day and gets grumpy when I put her in the bed during the day. At night time she settles really well and is happy to go to sleep. I do have a bedtime routine for night time which I follow every night so maybe this is why also im assuming by evening she is knackered due to the little naps. I am a bit concerned that she maybe is not sleeping enough, but not sure if this is just me being over dramatic. Do you think I should be doing more to try and get her to nap more? Or just go with it as she is getting long stretch of sleep at night time? Thank you
