Every morning I wake with a sore lower back & achey thighs at the top.
I can feel it start in the night as I find it hard to turn over as it hurts.
I'm trying to make sure I move more in the day, do some stretches I got from the physio for sciatica and I'm starting pilates
on Mon

does anybody have any other thoughts/ideas what might help. wondering about trying magnesium for my legs. im also thinking of changing my mattress but i think im putting that off as it feels overwhelming

Have you tried sleeping with a pillow between your knees to support your hips/back?
Are you anywhere near peri menopause age as that can make you ache?

@DustyLee123 yes I've been doing the pillow. 45yo so I'm in that age bracket

I used some sleep balm on my legs last night that actually made a difference. I've also cut out alcohol after a boozy Xmas so hoping that will help too

Yes, I had to give up alcohol at this age too as it was affecting my sleep.
As you’re achey it might be worth trying a good quality omega 3, then add in D3 and K2, for your bones.

Pilates has cured me! That and really cutting down on alcohol. Honestly 6 weeks on and I feel like a new person. Amazing!
