Hi! Just after a bit of advice if anyone has any!
My daughter is 16 months old.
She sleeps in a cot bed, which she has done since she outgrew her bedside crib.
We have recently moved from a 2 bed flat to a 3 bed so she finally has her own room and here are where the issues have started. Up until we moved, she would have her nighttime bottle and go to sleep absolutely fine in her cot. Now, every single time we lay her in it, she wakes up and continues to wake up multiple times during the evening, until eventually we just give in and take her into our bed. Which inevitably means a really early night, co-sleeping and hardly any sleep for us. Not ideal lol.
I know it's all a big change for her and she needs to get used to it, which I understand. But does anyone have any hints or tips that I can try to see if I can get her to sleep in her own bed (ideally through the night but not expecting miracles! lol). Or just to drop her waking so much.

Thank you in advance. ☺️
A very tired mum.

Does she nap. Drop the naps and let her wind down with like 20 mins of books.

She does nap at home but not at nursery.
At home she'll nap for about 30/40 mins max.
