Desperate for sleep advice

I feel like I’m losing my mind!!!

Combi fed 10 month old just won’t sleep! Takes so much to get her to sleep (bouncing, music, patting) and then she doesn’t stay asleep. We’re talking around 7 wake ups every night. She sometimes ends up in our bed but that doesn’t help her sleep really. It’s just because I’m too exhausted to keep going to her room. Sometimes (maybe 3 times a week) she wakes up wide awake and won’t go down for two hours!!!

we have white noise on (I’ve experimented with volumes) and relaxing piano music because that seems to soothe her. We give her calpol if we think she’s teething but I’m not sure it makes a whole lot of difference to her sleep.

she has a bottle of formula before bed (but is not fed to sleep). And a bottle of formula after lunch. She is breastfed during the night (maybe once or twice) and in the morning. She’s not crazy about food but she does eat. Probably not enough so maybe that’s the issue?

she doesn’t take a dummy. Pulls it out of her mouth and drops it on the floor. Sleeps on her side or front

im just desperate for any advice you can give me! I feel like im going crazy. I’m not expecting her to sleep through the night but i need more than two hours of consecutive sleep

Just to add. She’s having two naps a day. One at 10am and one at 3pm. They’re not ever very long. Maybe first one 1hr 30 and the second 40 mins. We wake her up at 7:30am if she’s not already awake. She goes to bed between 7-7:30pm

I'd personally move the first nap to 10 (awake for 12) and cut the second nap and move to an earlier bedtime. Some babies just don't need that much sleep, my DD is now 19 months and hasn't had a day time name since 15 months as she cut it out but she sleeps 7pm-7:30am.

My DD was on 3 meals a day and 3 7oz bottles of milk at 11 months.

Is your DD having 3 meals a day? I feel for you, sleep deprivation is the worst. X

Sorry just seen first nap is 10! I wouldn't wake her if she's still asleep at 7:30 unless you need to be out of the house for work etc.
