4 month sleep regression and weaning off swaddles. Help!

Baby has always slept so well in a Swaddle, we were managing 10 hour overnight stretches at times. He starting to show signs of rolling so we transitioned him from the Swaddle to a 'love to dream' Swaddle where both arms are out. After a few bad nights he was back to sleeping at least 6-8 hours.

He's now 20 weeks and I can only assume sleep regression has hit as he's waking every hour or two. Last night, after several weeks of bad sleep, I caved and used the Swaddle with his arms in. He slept for around 4 hours which felt like a dream in comparison to the previous nights, but I know as he will soon be rolling so this isn't safe to do for long.

My question is, is there a 'safe' Swaddle we can try? Or something similar. Or anything in general that helps get through the regression? 🄱
