9month old waking throughout the night

Hi,
Looking for some tips or wisdom here as we are desperate.
My just turned 9 month old was a great sleeper up until 2 months ago. She now wakes every 2 hours until 4am and then Will wake every 20 minutes thereafter until we eventually get up with her at 6.30am. When she wakes during the night we just replace the doddie and she goes back asleep for the most part until about 5.30am where it no longer works.
She hasn't had a night feed in months but is definitely hungry for morning bottle at 6.30am she just never use to take bottle by night.
She's a great napper and settles to sleep no problem. She naps from 9.15am to 10.45 am and 2pm to about 3.15pm and goes to bed between 7 and 7.30am.
Any suggestions for the frequent night wakes, and how to manage them as we are very sleep deprived at this stage!!!

There's lots going on at this age; sleep regressions, learning new skills, separation anxiety.
I think it's a really common time for sleep changes and struggles.

My DD was similar.
She's a bit better now at 13 months, but still not great!
I find her sleep is better if I make sure she has good naps and if her bap doesn't finish late in the day. Sleeping past 4.30pm means carnage that night.

With DS, sleep did sort itself out, but I remember this period being tough.

Sorry, not much advice, just solidarity!
